Zefy Spotlight Agreement

Zefy Spotlight is a voluntary initiative by Zefy Labs LLC (“Zefy,” “we,” or “us”) that allows users to share their stories about international dating and potentially be featured on Zefy’s social media channels.
By submitting a video to Spotlight, you agree to the following terms.
1. Participation
You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
Participation is voluntary and unpaid. You are not required to mention, endorse, or promote Zefy.
Zefy reserves the right to review, select, publish, reject, edit, or remove any submission at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
We do not guarantee publication, exposure, views, matches, or any other results.
2. Rights to Your Content
You retain ownership of your content.
By submitting a video, you grant Zefy Labs LLC an unlimited, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, and royalty-free license, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, sublicense, and otherwise exploit your submitted content for any lawful business, commercial, promotional, or advertising purpose.
You also authorize Zefy to use your image, likeness, voice, and statements contained in the submitted content for these purposes, subject to applicable law.
This includes publication on social media, websites, promotional materials, and paid advertising campaigns, without additional approval or compensation.
Zefy may add subtitles, translations, graphics, branding, and other modifications, provided they do not intentionally materially misrepresent your statements.
The license granted under this Agreement survives account deletion, termination of participation, and discontinuation of the Spotlight program, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Your Content and Responsibilities
By submitting content, you confirm that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit it and authorize Zefy to use it as described in this Agreement.
You guarantee that your content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property rights, and that all individuals appearing in your content have consented to its intended use.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zefy Labs LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your content or your breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by Zefy’s own unlawful conduct.
4. Public Sharing
You understand that your video may become publicly available and may be viewed, downloaded, copied, or shared by others beyond Zefy’s control.
Zefy cannot guarantee the removal of copies independently shared, downloaded, or published by third parties.
5. Profile Links
If you separately choose to include your Zefy profile link, you authorize us to share that link alongside your video.
This option is entirely voluntary.
Zefy does not guarantee that sharing your profile will result in views, messages, matches, or relationships.
6. Liability and Other Terms
Spotlight is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zefy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for actions of independent third parties.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Spotlight at any time.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer or privacy rights applicable in your jurisdiction.
Your participation is also subject to the Zefy Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Privacy Policy.
